** Payment: **

• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required for all shoots. Final payments can be made through cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay

** Edits: **

• Editing prices begin at $30+ (refer to packages for detailed pricing). All photos will include a watermark.
• Returning clients will receive edits at $25each.
• The option to receive watermark-free photos is available for a $100 fee. Creative edits start at $50.

** Turnaround Time: **

• Portrait shoot turnaround time is 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

** Rush Fee: **

• Clients requesting photos within 3-5 business days can opt for a rush fee of $100. A 24-hour turnaround incurs a fee of $200.

** Late Fee: **

• A grace period of 15 minutes is granted. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added to the final price.

** Cancellations and Reschedules: **

• For cancellations or reschedules, clients must initiate contact.
• All rescheduled shoots must be rescheduled within 2 weeks of your original shoot day, or a new deposit will be required.
  • With exceptions to maternity shoots (complications, arrival of baby, etc.).
• If the client needs to reschedule for a 2nd time, final balance must be paid upfront and session must be scheduled to a non-working day of Ray Visions (Monday - Wedensday) to reschedule.
• If a 3rd reschedule is needed, a new deposit is required.
• Rescheduling can be done with no additional fee 48 hours before the shoot. Within 24 hours, a $50 fee applies. On the day of the shoot, rescheduling requires the non-refundable final payment.

** House Rules: **

• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Clients can have up to 2 guests with them in the studio.
• No glitter or confetti allowed.
• Clients are responsible for all outside props unless discussed with the Ray, the photographer. Limited studio props available.

** Creative Direction/Director: **

• Creative directing a photoshoot consists of Ray curating and researching concepts online to put together a mood board that's fitting to your style and finalizing an overall idea/theme for your photoshoot. If you need the photographer to dedicate some time to curate your concept for you, this is an option under a different price and can be added on at the time of booking.

Creative Direction: $65.
Will create a mood board for clients' photoshoots.
The client is still responsible for their props to fit the agreed-upon theme.
